EUROPEAN UNION
DHL STANDARD (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS): €15.00

EUROPE (NON-EU)
UPS STANDARD (5-10 BUSINESS DAYS): €20.00

WORLDWIDE UPS (5-8 BUSINESS DAYS): €35.00

SHIPPING TIME INCLUDES ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. WE USUALLY SEND OUR ORDER TO YOU VIA DHL THE NEXT WORKING DAY.SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND WILL NOT BE SENT ON SUNDAYS OR OTHER HOLIDAYS.PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS AN INCREASED ORDER VOLUME OR DUE TO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, IT MAY TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY TO DHL.

DEPENDING ON THE ORDER AND COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, LOCAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES MAY APPLY, FOR WHICH AGI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. IF THE FEES DUE ARE REFUSED, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED. ASSOCIATED SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUNDS FOR THE CANCELED ORDER.

RETURN

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

ONLY UNWORN ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH PRICE AND BRAND TAGS ATTACHED CAN BE RETURNED.
AGI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNED ITEMS IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET. IF YOUR RETURN IS REJECTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL.
WE WILL NOT COVER ANY RETURN COSTS.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us via hi@agi-store.de. Please provide us your order number and the items you would like to return.

2. Please let us know about your issue. ( the fit, sizing, fabric, style ) We would like to improve AGI and this would be a perfect way to do so.

3. Please wait for our confirmation.

4. Prepare your package for safe transit. Send out your package with your chosen courier, please consider sending these items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. You will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping back to us the items you wish to exchange.

5.Ship your parcel at the following address and provide us your tracking number via hi@agi-store.de

6. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.

7. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
