The Panthella lamp is one of Verner Panton's most notable designs, embodying the larger-than-life personality of the Danish architect. His vision was to create an organic-shaped lamp that offers 100% glare-free illumination, with both the stand and shade acting as light reflectors. This vision came to fruition in 1971 when Panton collaborated with Louis Poulsen to produce the Panthella lamp. Its distinctive shape and ability to emit soft light from its trumpet-shaped base have solidified its reputation as a design icon.
